How to use clay handprint?
According to the size of the photo frame, you need 2-6 packs of clay, each pack is 100 grams, knead together and spread it flat in the photo frame, and press it flat with the palm of your hand. The baby’s hands and feet are delicate, so gently press to prevent it from hurting the baby, and then gently smooth out the parts other than the fingerprints and footprints. It is recommended to operate after the baby is asleep.
After making it, place it in a cool place and let it air dry for 3-7 days. Because there is moisture in the clay, the seal will be moldy if it can't be fully dried. Therefore, the plexiglass cover should be installed after the clay has dried.
Hand casting kit are also called 3D hand molding kit. The main ingredients are alginate and gypsum powder. If you want to custom the color of clone powder, the MOQ is 500 copies, and the price remains unchanged.
Babies within one year old: 200g clone powder (alginate), 200g model powder (gypsum powder), 2 golden paints (golden paint), 1 brush.
Adults are generally: 300 clone powder, 500g model powder. Both grams and packaging can be customized.
Operating temperature: 20℃-30℃。The higher the temperature, the faster the solidification rate, and 20°C-30°C is the most suitable temperature.
How to use hand molding kit?
1. Pour the cloning powder and water into the bucket according to the ratio of 1:1, stir evenly, after 30 minutes of standing, put the baby's hands or feet into the colloidal solution, let it stand for 5 minutes, and take the hand or feet out after it is formed. The cloned powder is elastic and will not cause harm to people when taken out.
2. Stir the model powder and water at a ratio of 0.5:1 evenly, pour it into the cavity formed by the cloning powder, shake it gently, fill it evenly, and let it stand for 1 hour. After it is formed, gently crush the cloning powder. Then you can get a perfect hand casting kit.
The production process of ink handprint:
Ink printing is to lay a film on the machine, apply ink on it, then lay the paper card, and then cut.
How to use ink footprint?
Step on the side with no ink with your baby's foot, and print on the paper card after the membrane protrudes. In this way, the baby's handprints and footprints are collected without touching the ink.
